r22butters Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 When using a VOR frequency to listen to a HIWAS, or recieve replies from FSS while transmitting on another frequency, do you have to pull out the volume knob (or is that just to IDENT)? If the VOR is within decent range, you shouldn't need to pull out the knob. But I admit I have no idea what radios are in a Robinson.
