JCBigler
Wasn't sure where to put this, but it's not about a specific job, so I thought I'd drop it here. PLease move if you think it fits more approriately somewhere else. I am a live sound engineer and thinking about trying to find a job in the aviation sector. I'm wondering if there are any audio engeineering related jobs in aviation, and what they might be and how to go about looking for them. Currently I deal with live music, theatre, PA system design and deployment, communications systems, and RF coordination and deployment at various levels and multitrack digital recording. And not that it counts for anything, but I am also a licensed amature radio operator. Unfortunately, I'm not an electrical engineer, or programmer or anything like that. Are there areas in aviation that I could leverage my current experience and skills? Maintenance or installation or anything like that?
