swisster
One of the HFI Heritage of Helicopters on Display at Heli-Expo will be a Russian MI-24 Hind. Anybody know if this ship will be flown in or brought in by truck? If flown in, I sure hope someone out there shoots some video and post the clip here. cheers,Swisster
ADRidge
I will be at the flyin both days. Be assured, if it flies, I will have pics and/or video. Edit: it is flying. I just spoke with the pilot. No one knows their time slot yet but I'll post it when I can. Edited February 8, 2012 by ADRidge

ADRidge
The hind is flying in from another airport, and since I'm at executive helping em takeoff, I won't see it land unfortunately. If something changes I will post it though.

gary-mike
Just saw a video of her flying in, through the heli-expo app on my smart phone.
ADRidge
I will be at the expo today instead of the departure airport. Should be a neat chance for pics.
C of G
For what it's worth, the fine folks at HAI typically document the fly in and will post a link to their site at some point. Of course, it's edited, but I'd think they'd be eager to get the Hind in there.
swisster
Here we go, found the clip from HAI:
