brettjeepski Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 What flight tracking or scheduling systems do you use and what do you like the best? I am familiar with Flight Schedule Pro and dislike it because it is old and not really with the "times" I am looking for a system that also does-Apps for Android and IphoneIntegrate with Google Calendar and iCal with Mac products?Integrate with Quick Books? 1 Quote
mrkik Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 The flight school I attend uses Schedule Pointe. It seems to work very well, but I'm don't think it has all of the features you listed there. Since it is an online service, you can access it anywhere where you have access to the interent. https://www.schedulepointe.com/ 1 Quote
brettjeepski Posted March 26, 2012 Author Posted March 26, 2012 Thanks mrkik, I will look into that one. Anyone else have one they like using? Quote
uncdub19 Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 I used the search function and found this old thread. Instead of starting a new one I'd thought I revive this one. I have been tasked with finding a scheduling program for our flight school. I have looked into Paperless 141 and Schedule Pointe as listed above. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Any feedback on the two listed? Quote
ridethisbike Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 My school uses MyFBO. Will send email and text messages in regards to scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations. I actually wrote an android app that will pull the info out of the text message and add it to users calendar. With a little tweaking I could make it work with other scheduling programs as well. Although it does have its limitations... Quote
maximum557 Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 I know that www.flightschedulepro.com is used by a lot of helicopter flight training schools. Nice iPhone app too. Quote
