Gomer Pylot Posted August 23, 2012 Report Share Posted August 23, 2012 You can buy a volume control from Mouser Electronics, obvious URL. They have dozens of various styles and sizes. You would just wire it into the speaker circuit, mounting it in a convenient location. A mini pot would probably be best, but you can probably also find an inline volume control that you could wire into the cord if you prefer that. I don't know of anything made specifically for a helmet, but any standard volume pot should work. It's just a potentiometer, which varies the resistance as you turn the knob.
