I3uller Posted March 30, 2013 Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 My buddy did the FWQ right after the 64 course. He had a good time. Fixed wing flying can be fun, but it is more boring and hands off. My thoughts exactly. electron_si Posted March 30, 2013 Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 From what they said I will maintain currency in the 60 unit they are ready to use me in the c-12 detachment. The last time they sent someone to this school was 3 years ago so the slots don't come along often. Since this one opened up I think they want to get someone down there who will have some career longevity that way they can use them down the road when they are ready.
