Sponsorship and Bell 212 Operators Canada

Hello all,

 

I am an Australia citizen currently flying in Australia, I have been licensed for about 10 years and flying full time about 3-4 years.

 

Currently I am doing remote Mine support work, bucketing, sling work etc.

 

I am currently flying B206 and B206L.

 

I have also a bare MD500 endorsement.

 

I have always wanted to work in Canada since I got my Helicopter license, and unfortunately am not eligible for a work visa as I am over 40 years of age.

 

Basically I am asking any of you out there if you know of any companies out there that would sponsor me.

 

I would also like to know if there is a bit of a list of who operates Bell 212 as I would ultimately like to jump in one one day.

I've heard great things about alpine as well. That's why I'm about to finish my Transport Canada conversion this week!

Does anyone know what the pay is for this ground crew/low time pilot? I read an article that says you start out fueling aircraft and helping customers, then moving helos from pad to pad.
