AdminLB Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Hello All, I have been asked by Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) to assist them in locating several project mentors with specific helicopter industry experience. As a mentor, you will be working with four-year degree students in their senior year at ERAU in the helicopter program. All candidates are Helicopter CFII's and are getting ready to leave school for the industry. This final course is called Advanced Helicopter Operations and each student must complete an in-depth case study. The case studies will revolve around the sectors/operations of:CorporateEMSOffshore oil supportFirefightingLong lineLaw enforcementAs a mentor, you will only act as a sounding board for the student while they are working through their assigned case study. These students need real world folks from each sector to answer question that might arise during their research. If you consider yourself to be operationally well rounded in any one of these sectors, and would like to volunteer a few hours over the next month or two as a student mentor, please email me at lyn.burks@rotorcraftpro.com Ps. - I volunteered to help the student who was assigned the corporate ops case study. 1 Quote
