The OAB is only given to certain "under strength, we need you now, please be a leader, do it now" type officer MOSs. I don't know why I got it; I was one of at least 7 warrants (never mind LTs) from my state who were in flight school at the same time (at various points of completion; I was the first), and I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who got a bonus.
