Is it strictly based on needs of the Army or does it go by how well you perform in WOFT? Is there a set number of slots available per airframe every class or does it vary? akscott60 Posted October 20, 2013 Report Share Posted October 20, 2013 Needs of the Army for the class as a whole. Your ranking determines which need you get to pick (or have it picked for you).
