Interesting. Found this auction listing for a helicopter design called a "Pawnee" up for auction:

I found a picture of the prototype. I guess the guy didn't manage to sell kits, or get it do anything other than hovering.

It did more then Hovered. I use to have pics Ron sent me of it flying at altitude over some mountians. the Proto type crashed and the County started wanting their money back.
