Sorry, I know of none.

 

The R22 is a little under-powered for that elevation and temp, airport is 3962'. There are the Franklin Mountains in the El Paso city limits that are over 6000'.

 

I lived there for 8 years, 5 months and 8 days and never saw an R22 except, those stopping to buy fuel being delivered from the factory, headed east.

There is only one helicopter flight school in the area and they are using an R44. While 3900 feet doesn't sound high, In the summer when the temp is running 32 to 38C the density altitude makes auto in the R22 quite sporty.
