I wanted to share this article with you all, it's one of the best I’ve ever read, and so perfect for this site and our industry. It’s in this month’s issue of Canadian Skies Magazine on page 10. I found out after reading this and researching the author, Mr. Tony Kern actually lives in Colorado. Tony is the CEO of Convergent Performance in Colorado Springs, CO. I think he puts so many things very simply; Sometimes it takes a parent to see thru the rest of the noise in this world. Please take a moment to read this, and pass it on, this is some of the basic principals that makes the difference when it comes to your very important future. You keep these things in mind… you are going to go far!!

I'm not completely sold on SMS. I am still waiting for all these wonderful results to manifest from TQM, TQL, 6 sigma and so on.

Not all change is good. Especially change for change's sake, and fiefdom building.

All that said, it was a good article, and reinforces principles that have been around for quite awhile, maybe forever. The timeless principles are the ones I seem to gravitate to the most.
