Do street to seat programs exist for these?

From what I gathered there is no street to seat on the NG.
I been told by my states (PR) Warrant State Recruiter that you can get a line and paragraph for a enlisted job in the unit. And before enlisting complete as much paperwork and requirements as possible sift, flight physical, a interview with the Chief of the unit etc... And once you arrive from AIT into your unit from w/e MOS you got you go to the NG board and get placed in the OML to be sent to WOLC.

 

Yesterday a NG recruiter told me that it is possible to go in as officer and join as a officer candidate.
After doing basic and BOLC you go your unit and are placed in the OML to be sent to WOLC. Once the states has funds it sents the top persons on that list.
He did not mention exactly how to be branched aviation in BOLC but apparently if you get a line and parragraph for a aviation slot or the commander of the unit signs some sort of document you don't have to select based on your place on the BOLC OML a branch.
