Hey guys, I just wanted to ask if there is anything i need to prepare for with the phys i take next week ... my recruiter said the docs are going to ask me a lot of question which makes me a little nervous ...doi tell them everything and just be honest? I went through some other posts on here about the phys but just want to make sure I'm fully prepared.

Im assuming its at MEPS. All BS aside, there isnt really much you can prepare for. Expect the normal. Height/weight, eye check, blood draw etc..

And dont lie about any of the questions. Be right up front about everything.

Being completely honest here, get the ear wax out.

Wow ok thanks hon ...

Seriously, quit. Do not sign on the dotted line, do not swear in. You will be a failure.

People on this forum have tried to help you, even after you made a complete ass of yourself. You continue to prove peoples first impression of you right. You just keep digging deeper, it's almost amusing now.

Fixed wing question. Did the Army ever have an A-10 fleet?

If they had I would have invented a time machine to transport myself to that magical golden era.

No really they are being honest with this one. If you have any earwax build up and the doc's can't see if your eardrums are in one piece you have to go and have them cleaned before they can clear you for any job not just aviation.

You've obviously never talked to a recruiter. I had this advice at least 3 separate times before hitting meps. I suggest you DON'T clean your ears out just to experience the Army's "hurry up and wait" policy. Also, lie on every piece of paperwork. Oh yeah, if you ever make it to BCT, ensure you laugh at your drill sgt's face. make sure you get this video taped. I'd pay to see the subsequent "activities"...

Don't listen to him you don't wanna lie at meps answer all questions with the truth especially the medical related ones even if it was something simple or something that happened long ago just say the truth and when they ask explain it.

One of the army values is integrity if you wanna be a good army aviator and soldier say the truth.

The BCT advice is still valid and accurate thought.

Come on, you're better than that. The kid needs some guidance but that's a little much.

You know what? NO. I'm not doing anyone favors so they can follow their dream. At the end of they day we send these candidates to fill in the ranks, to the left and right of my friends and brothers in arms.

You may have to work with him one day, I am not going to contribute to the degradation of our community. Shape up or GTFO. You wanna be an Army Pilot shindig, HTFU.

No, Joe is right on the money. This turd sandwich does not act like he deserves a seat at the table.
