Does the check the status of your flight physical website ever work? I have tried from 3 different computers multiple times over the past 3 weeks and it never seems to work. Is it just like this for me?

The website wont work for me on my home computer; however, it loads just fine on a NIPR terminal.

I've been waiting for Ft. Rucker to approve my flight physical and waiver (arms are too short). It's the last thing I need to complete my packet.

That's the correct web address. We use it almost daily here and haven't had any issues with it working. Though that is always done via a networked computer. I always suggest calling and bugging the hell out of them to find out and push your flight physical through the get stamped. They are "capable" of stamping a flight physical within 24 hours of part 2 being completed, though it typically only happens in time sensitive situations.

Kind of on topic.. when do you re-do your flight physical? After WOCS?

Typically before after WOCS, before WOBC. Definitely before dunker and SERE.

Do you know the best number to call and reach someone about pushing a flight physical through? I've tried the number for Mr. Garcia at Rucker that I found on the USAREC site, but I can never get an answer. Anyone have any other good contact numbers?

I called the help desk ‭(334) 255-0750‬ and they were able to expedite. Im not sure how common practice that is, hopefully theyre as helpful for you as they were for me.

Good afternoon everyone, this is my first post so bear with me.

I finished part 2 of my flight physical on Sep 06 2018 and it was sent to Fort Rucker. I just called today ( Sep 13 2018) and it was approved the same day. Is this normal? I was under the impression the process would take weeks to months not one day. I used the phone number previously linked on this page for the help desk and Im a civilian if that matters.

Thanks everyone for their help.

I called to expedite mine and they had it stamped approved within 24 hours. It certainly can be done!

Was there a delay from when you had it submitted and when they received it? I did my flight physical Friday 14th of Sept and I called yesterday Tuesday 18th of Sept and they said they didn't have anything. I think my doctor MAY have messed up, unfortunately he's in the field now...

Just called and verified my packet. It was somehow accepted the same day it was sent from my doctor, had some miscommunication when verifying my name and social with the lady. My commander said they mainly look at any potential previous injuries on file and since I have 0 past injuries documented (i'm young and only 18 months TIS) is partly why it was approved so fast.

Negative. My flight phys was at Rucker the next day. When I called, (the day following my flight phys), they said they had it, but it had yet to be reviewed. That's when I asked if they could expedite, which they did and it was done the next day.
