Recruiter Looking For Pilots

Hows it going everyone? This is my first post here.

 

Im currently an Army Recruiter in NH. Im posting to hopefully find some current Aviation Warrant Officers, that wouldn't mind sharing their contact info with me so as to possibly help me with getting applicants LoRs for WOFT.

I'd get those applicants in to meet with your aviation units. It's pretty important for folks in the unit to have a little more influence over applicants, and it's a good way for applicants to get information straight from folks in the unit on what to expect.

I have. The only aviation units that I know of here are the 2 NG units in Concord. Thats why I made the post. Im just networking and looking for pilots that are willing to pay it forward and take the time to meet/speak with interested people. Im not asking for letters here, just a better direction to point my people in.

Also fun fact about me, I joined the army wanting to go SF or fly helicopters and my recruiter told me they stopped doing high school to flight school / street to seat. Fast forward 7 years later, Im in the ARC and find out they never stopped it and my recruiter was a lazy turd... go figure. So Im trying to do everything I can to help those like I was.

The unit in concord is probably your best bet for face to face interviews. If you have applicants with other questions along the way, i can try and help where needed.
