FY20 WOCS Dates

Recommended Posts

Am waiting to see them to as my WOCS class date is Feb 11 2020, I noticed that the USAWOCC's website has been down for a week+, maybe a new website or something?

I got my class number by contacting the WOFT board rep/liaison. His digits are on the email congratulating you on your acceptance. (It's the email with the WOCS orientation packet.) Tell him it's to help you coordinate with other candidates.

How long after the board did you contact him? Did you wait 30 days first?

I didn't wait on purpose, but I did contact him a little over 30 days from the date I signed my contract. I knew my BCT and WOCS date, but I forgot to ask the staff/NCO, who helped me sign my contract (this was the person who you were seated in front of for a long time during the contract signing), what my class number was. So, I emailed him about it.

I'm a recent March selectee with a FY20 WOCS date btw.

Did he give you the date for the class or just your class number?

Just the class number. The date for your WOC class is in your enlistment documents which were handed to you when you signed your contract. I wouldn't put too much stock on the written WOCS dates though. (It isn't uncommon for people to be temporarily held back due to an expiring medical and pending security clearance check.)

Yeah it just has the report date and it says a 7 week class. From what I understand all WOCS classes are 5 weeks now so I am curious if mine will be and in what direction the class dates will shift.

they'll prolly change it up. Doesn't make sense to keep the old dates/sched.

About how long after the board results do you get your WOCs date, I'm active duty and got selected on the May board. Just curious how long the wait normally is?

Active duty here as well, OCONUS, if it matters. Got my first email from atrrs for distant learning and another email from atrrs with my actual class date. Then I got my (RFO) Request For Orders about 2-3 weeks after than with more information about the whole distant learning and WOCS information. I am still waiting on FY20 information to be posted on WOCCS.

Re: class dates. Last time I checked milsuite, the word was that "all information and blackboard login information will be pushed out on or about 20190704."

So did anyone ever find the list for the FY20? If so what is the link?

We are in FY20 now. FY21 will begin 1 Oct. The class dates can be found on ATRRS system through AKO. If you are not AD Army, I recommend contacting the school house and requesting the information or navigating  the Fort Rucker website. I will see what I can find for you.
