I haven’t had it since the Army stopped giving it to us for free and I don’t miss it. If you just want to avoid carrying paper pubs you can download the Army’s Aero app which is basically a crappy knockoff of foreflight. I have flight plan go for approaches, but I'm in school and these IPs all saying it's pretty necessary to get Foreflight. My IP swears by Flight Plan Go so I downloaded that too but haven’t gotten into it yet. I also haven’t downloaded all the DOD FLIP yet so I still carry all my paper pubs to the aircraft.
