Zachcunha16
I have been trying to figure out how to move from active duty to the guard as a warrant aviator. I haven’t seen really anything thing online on how to do it. Is it the same process as becoming a active warrant or Does each state have their own process? mike0331
There are a lot of similar requirements but each state has a lot of control over their respective processes. Your first step is to reach out to the WOSM, or warrant officer strength manager, of whatever state you are interested in. A recruiter for that state should be able to get you the contact info if it’s not readily available. I have been on ADOS working for my state’s wosm for the past 6 months while waiting for flight school (I start in March). I am happy to answer any questions.
