Change of organization while at school

Hello gentlemen,

I would like to know if this is possible or has happen before but, has anyone switched from the guard to active while at the school house? I’m familiar with the regular process of getting a 368 form signed etc..I’m just looking into options in my career path. I know how much of a shitbag I would be to my NG unit.

It's possible. I don't know the details on the process but a friend did it while we were in flight school.
