mechanic
If you go to the Schweizer website, they have a flight school list by state. Blue Skies.
RickD
Thanx Mechanic, Yeah, I'm on day four of going through the Schweizer list, many requests for resumes, lots of nice people, a lead on a pipeline job. I'm offering to do R22 transition at my own expense for schools that fly both, etc.... Not bad for 4 days, back to work looking for a new home. Thanx for the good word. Col
Hi RickD I'm off to HAi in Jan '05. Wondering if you could let me know a little more about your experience and what you thought of the school. I'm interested to see that you have 300 hours. Did you consider doing some of the modules in the R22? Did you do a lot of solo time to get to 300 or do you think 300 is a realistic amount of time required to get the CFII? Thanks for any input Col
RickD
Col, HAI is an great place to train, possibly the best. Most folks get to CFII with fewer hours. My hours were higher because I initially trained to the PPL level @ another school. Give me a call @ 415-750-1967 and I'll talk with you more.
