How important is a college degree when submitting a packet

I am a 21 y/o AD enlisted SPC working on building my warrant packet. My main concern is after looking into what makes a competitive packet, it seems like a degree is what the selection board is looking for. I currently am a medic, and have credentials as an EMT. But I have no college credits or flight hours. Will not having a degree significantly decrease my chances of being picked up? I’m going to submit my packet regardless, I’m just curious on your opinions on the importance of degrees when applying.
