Job listing. Anybody know what the minimum time is for Wilbur Ellis

I saw one of their helicopters parked on the ramp in California and looked them up. I'm curious what the hard requirements are for getting hired other than what is listed on the advert? They didn't list a minimum total time or any time just that you had to have experience crop dusting.
