If going to a flight Bn you will either go straight to a line company where you may have to work for a bit before getting progressed or they may progress you immediately all depends on the company. You also may end up at a D Co doing only maintenance and you will have to work your way over to a line company. If you go to the ASB expect it to be a bit harder (not really too hard but just more effort than the above) because you would have to switch BN’s to get to the line company. But if you show promise a line company may cherry pick you out of the ASB. This is what happened recently at my Co and we pulled 2 over to be CE’s.
