· B.Sc. (Physics, Maths, Chemistry) from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai in First Class during 1980-83.

 

· D.M.E. (Mechanical) from MTI of Indian Air Force (IAF) passed out in April -1988.

 

Work Experience

 

Indian Air Force – 18 years work experience at various levels in the field of Airframe maintenance related to

 

· Repair and Maintenance of Aircraft and Helicopter airframes,

· General handling of Aircraft and Helicopter ground equipments,

· Repair and maintenance of test equipments and test rigs for Aircraft systems,

· Workshop procedures and safety precautions servicing of various Hydraulics and pneumatic components,

· Specially trained in Allouette - III and LAMA  Helicopters and

· Undergone Inplant training on Airframe structure and components at “Hindustan Aeronautics Limited” (HAL), Bangalore during 2003-04.

 

Retired as Sergeant in January 2005
