Am I competitive for the SEP 2024 Board

This is essentially my resume for the 2024 SEP. board

SIFT: 59
Flight hours approx. 50
One year of college (Commercial Aviation Major)
Leadership:
HS football captain 2022-2023
HS Wrestling Captain 2021-2023 receiving Academic All State 2024
UNO Rugby Club Captain 2023-2024
6 LOR(s): USMS Colonel, USAF Major, 3 CW3 (army pilots), Navy EM3 - everyone listed flew for the military except for the EM3
All I have left is the flight physical however, I possess FAA First Class so not too worried.

That sounds like a pretty strong packet. I think you have a real good shot (pending the flight physical).

Have you done a PT test yet?

Apologies for the extremely delayed answer, everything is done! I’m waiting on my flight physical still, no waivers needed!

I ended up missing the sep board due to a delay in my flight physical, HOWEVER, I am on the Nov. board

I'm Ros Rity I'm also putting together a strong warrant officer packet to be an aviator.

But the only thing I'm missing so far has been getting any letter of recommendations! I was wondering how you managed to get so many? and even one from a CW5, please tell me any details that might help me even in the slightest, what websites or forums, or if you chased them down through other connections.

Or if you even can ask the other chiefs if its ok if I emailed or got in touch with them for an interview. That would be a tremendous help!

So far getting an LOR has been the hardest part for me and nobody talks about it enough.
