About bying 2nd hand an exec 162f.

Hi. 

I just did the PPL theory for airplanes (in the middle of it I realized I prefer helicopters to planes).

I live in Europe and I've seen a couple of exec 162f around €45,000. 
162f is not manufactured any more and the new A600 kit costs around $150,000 (not really sure if it's even more).

I have seen good reviews on the exec 162f and I find it weird to be able to buy one for €45,000.

Should I be suspicious of this apparent low price? Is it a fair price?
What should I look for?
