Wearing Army Basic Aviator Wings after being reverted to Enlisted from Warrant Officer

Having completed flight school and awarded my Wings, I've been reverted back to my enlisted rank due to permanent medical disqualifications. Would I still be able to wear my wings while enlisted? Thank you.
