kadt Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 I have a unique insight into Kamov products and can tell you that if Kamov Company ever fund this helicopter it will certainly give other types in its class a run for their money. As yet the helicopter is only a mock up and has never flown. If and when it ever gets off the ground it will be offered with a Russian/ Ukranian engine and the Arrius! In fact Kamov are already using western engines in their newest helicopter. They are flying the Allison 250 and the Arrius in the Ka-226.
