Field Service Engineer/PT6T Program Manager May 1999 to July 2001 •Troubleshooting of D.A.I customer engines, engine removal and installation, pre-purchase inspection of engines. Customer engines serviced are as follows :- PT6A, PT6T Twin-Pac, JT15D and Alison 250 series. Promoted to PT6T Program Manager in Dec/99. Took charge of the running of the TwinPac program which includes customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the program, estimating overhauls and repairs also giving quotes to prospective customers. Agusta S.p.A Taif, Saudi Arabia Helicopter Engine Shop Supervisor Jan. 1996 to Nov.98 •In charge of the engine repair and overhaul facility for the Saudi Arabian Airforce Helicopters. Troubleshooting the following engines:- P. & W.C. PT6T-3/3B, Allyson 250-C20B & Lycoming T53s. Practical theory instruction of the Saudi Arabians in the maintenance and operation of the above engines, also organizing Bench Stock items and related paperwork for the day to day operation of the engine shop. March 92 to June 94 •Inspector of maintenance on OH-58C (Bell 206B) and UH-1H (Bell 205) U.S. Army Helicopters and Quality Control for the U.S. Army Aviation Detachment, also in charge of the Tool Room and organized the Tool Control. Self-Employed Helicopter & Fixed Wing Mechanic Dec. 87 to Mar. 92 •Working on various aircraft and for various companies as a contract mechanic in the U.K. and abroad on different types of aircraft including:- A.S.355(F1 Twin-Star), Bell 206A/B & L, 204, 212, 222, Bolkow MBB Bo 105 & BK 117, Agusta 109A, Robinson R22.
