Crash on the Payette National Forest on 8/14/06

My prayers go to the family, friends and co-workers of the crew. From what i gathered, the A/C was working a fire on the forest when it went down yesterday.

"On August 13 th an Evergreen Helicopters, Inc, helicopter on contract to the USDA Forest Service crashed while assigned to fire suppression duties on the Payette National Forest near McCall, Idaho. The pilot and three Forest Service employees on board were fatally injured. The firefighting community extends condolences to family and friends of the deceased."
