Eurocopter's

This morning I saw a Eurocopter 117 flying around. It was flying really wierdly. I wanted to know if Eurocopters are available to the public, or business only. Thanks. (:

hmm. The question is pretty broad. It all depends on the year, the type and how good a deal ya get. 67 is right, Eurocopter helicopters and pretty much any helicopter for that matter (excluding combat ready military helos) is available to the public provided the funds are there, just like anything else. I looked up helicopter classifieds and found a 1988 AS-350 for $1,495,000 american dollars. That is a lot of money for a used anything if you ask me and it will only go up from there for a newer helicopter .

Just curious but what do you mean by flying weirdly?

Spinning in pretty fast circles, and rocking forwards and then backwards...etc. Then flew away slightly tilted to the right.

That's wierd. I found a new Bk 117 for half a Mil. I wonder why the other one is so expensive...

No such thing as "a new BK117". Out of production since the late 80's.
