hey guys, i was just looking through the stations to see what was on and noticed an episode of a series called "stunt junkies" that features a helicopter towing a surfer out to waves. i live in central time zone and the show starts at 9:30. it's on discovery channel, channel 28 where i live, most likely different for you. might want to try and check it out though. it could be cool.

Lets see, central time minus 7 to get to Zulu, add an hour, convert back to Pacific Standard, lets see, is it Daylight Savings time now or not?? Maybe I add an hour, or is it subtract?? Damn, I think I'll just look in TV Guide ! Who created this screwy time system anyway ??

Definitely check that show out. Quite a few of the stunts they do require the use of a helicopter some how. Cool show. But dang they do alot of work and spend alot of money for what ususally accounts for about 30 seconds of result.

yeah, I always thought that show was kind of lame and overly dramatic, pick up any bike/ski/surf/kayak DVD and you can see stuff 10x cooler. on one show they had a guy on a bike to a vert tap on the skid of an Astar. There's one Teton Gravity Research DVD where they sling a snowboarder on a 150' longline to an inaccessable couloir in Alaska with a B3...theres a guy in the back looking at the jury rigged line with a knife in his hand incase it hits the fan. The USHeliSki Assoc. wasnt happy.

Jeremy Jones... One of the sickest big mountain riders I have ever seen...
