It seems like this guy is looking for a new pilot every couple of months.how many hours do you need a month?..thats the really the question...he needs you to find the students.. Mr carrol is a very nice guy and is busy training mainly in the r44's...just not a ton of r22 students coming in. he has excellent prices and with the right marketing, i think the program could be successful.
