Im seriously thinking about going to college to get some sort of degree in aviation? I know for fixed wing this is pretty much a MUST. What about for helios? any one have a good experience with a school? Also of course I am looking for a cost effective place. PLEASE HELP! Quote

A college education will never hurt you, and at least you will have a back up plan if you ever have a problem with your medical. It depends on what you want to do, if you go the aviation business route then the college degree is a must, but if you want to fly then you may be better off spending that money on additional ratings (IFR, CFI, etc).
