Hi Guys,

Firstly just a little about my situation. I'm from the UK and beginning my flight training in the USA in January. By the time i've finished i should have over 1000 hours and my ATP license. However i really like the US and have been there a few times before. When i've finished my training i'll have an FAA license and i don't intend to convert this to the JAA license mainly because of cost and the fact i don't really want to live and work in the EU at this stage of my life. I intend to go to either Canada of Australia or similar and build up my hours and experience. Anyway i know that its a long way off and i never know what will happen but how easy is it for a citizen outside of the USA to get a job offer and a company willing to sponsor someone for a visa. I know that i would need quite a bit of experience for a company to want me enough to go through the trouble of dealing with visas. Is the anyone here who is in or been through this situation.

thanks

Mike
