The moral of the story is dont chase fast cows. Fast cows mean you make tight manuevers at high speed and thats bad. Slow cows require tight manuevers at low speeds, and thats ok.I should be a tech writer ! Goldy Edited October 5, 2007 by Goldy Quote

mechanic Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 Hey,Sounds to me that they think the ole 22 is a good ship in the hands of a qualified pilot. Just like what Frank says all the time. The thing that wowed me the most was the life hours of the TRS@ 44,000 hrs!!!! The tailcone is what, 4,400 hrs? 3 things that have been hammered into my head flying the R22 is 1. Keep airspeed at or above 60 kts. 2. Keep it in trim, keep it in trim, keep it in trim, watch your trim. 3. Smooth cyclic movements only. Are these some of the things that are repeated over and over in a 300?? Quote
