I plan on flying in for the day on Saturday with Dominus if I still have the helicopter. Lately there has been a few more skid kickers kicking. We might end up spending the night if we drive.

Doc Schmidt over at Blaine/Anoka retired and I need to find a new place for flight physical. Liked him cause he was a helicopter pilot. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the long delay, this years meeting went well, we had 8 members make it in, the wx was a bit questionable but Ironranger was able to fly in just as some light flurries started. it got a bit heavier for a couple hours during our lunch and the sky gods were watching over us, as the snow quit and visibility went to 10+

AF-91 finally made it to this years meet after his many threats of previous years

So I didn't make it this year, and things got quiet forum-wise after the meetup. I am still looking forward to meeting some other Minnesota chopper pilots. I'm 15 hours in on my private, so hearing others experiences is one of my priorities. Is their any demand for a meetup this summer? Otherwise if any of you are visiting Minneapolis and want to talk helis let me know. -Nathan Peters

I have been away from VR for a while and It's time to join in again. Bringing this thread up to the front again for discussion about another meet and greet. I see it has been a while and I wonder if the interest is gone or if something happened to the organizer.
