What is the difference between the, Pilots Operating Handbook and FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual?

 

I thought its the factory supplied operators flight manual (POH) with the aircraft. I also understand that parts of the POH is FAA Approved.

It is one and the same book. The Title Page of each states:

 

R22 (or R44, or R44 II, as applicable)

Pilot's

Operating

Handbook

and FAA Approved

Rotorcraft Flight Manual
