Jerry Airola/SSH sold the governing body of Turks and Caicos a helicopter contract they soon found that they couldn't afford, and had to scale back severely. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he was found to have taken an SSH helicopter and quickly moved his rotten self down there. Quote
