An amazing sight...

This morning when Im heading to th fuel station. I hear a helis turbine engine near by. Im paying attention to the road of course in front of me and out comes the heli from OXN at around 20' bearly clearing the light poles trying to spray the fields across the street of the airport. The heli flys around 3' from the ground and then does a 180 turn. From my point of view, it looked like the tail could have hit a passing car. Very amazing. Good way to start the day off.

Finally, two of my favorite topics in one thread - aviation and BMW's. I like the E36, but everyone knows that real M3's have 4 cylinder engines. Here are a few shots of my M3.

 

She had a full ground up restoration 3 years ago. I'm up to 30K miles on the rebuilt 2.5L Evo III spec motor (only genuine BMW motorsport parts were used):

I'm jealous. I really would like an E30 M3 or even a E36. My favorite company is BMW. Right now I'm rolling with the 87 325 hoah!

I had an '88 325is before I got my M3. I wish I hadn't sold it - it was one of the best cars I ever owned.

Very nice to see Bmw ethu. on here. I currently work at a stealership. I also had a e30. it was a fun little car with the m20. Palmfish you have a very nice m3. Dont get rid of it. that car is getting rarer everyday.
