Law enforcement educational presentations needed

Hi, I was getting finger printed yesterday for a new job and was talking with a friend and police officer. I asked him about some auto accidents from the weekend where some people were evacuated by helicopter to hospitals. I asked him what kind of training he had with helos and he said "none". I asked if it would be helpful for me to bring a ship into a town parking lot and go over theory, safety issues and go for some rides with the officers, with cameras of course. He expressed a lot of enthusiasm for such a program and I thought it would be a good community service since I live in a small town. If I were to do this I would want to go all out and not miss an important topic. I am guessing some of you professionals out there have outlines, presentations, topic lists etc. that I could incorporate into my efforts.
