JCBigler Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 Does anyone know of a helicopter flight school in Oklahoma that offers training in the 300C or CBI? The Tulsa or NE Oklahoma area would be even better. I know of two schools in Tulsa, but they only offer the R44. Quote
Miloe Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 I don't know of any around Tulsa right off hand but if dropping down into north Texas is an option there are two at Denton.Longhorn and All American. Quote
ironranger Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 Check out Airflite in Shawnee Ok. They are a Schweizer dealer. Quote
JCBigler Posted May 9, 2011 Author Posted May 9, 2011 I got an email from Mark at Airflite. He said that there were no schools in Oklahoma that he knew of that teach with the 300s. Looks like Denton and a five hour drive is as close as I'm going to get. If anyone is looking for a business opportunity, it's sitting right there Quote
csw1000 Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Does it have to be a 300? I am flying with an awesome CFI and private owner in Tulsa for the last year and a half. He operates a H269A, a completely rebuilt ex military trainer, that is impeccable. Great chopper, great CFI, and great price...$250hr...wet...CFI included. PM me for details if you think this would help you. We fly out of KRVS in Jenks, OK. PS, thank Copter Doctor, he tipped me off, I have not been on much lately. Quote
