chrissmith40 Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 Does anyone know where I can get any maintenance manuals or technical information on the Bell 212 (Huey), Particularly on the airframe, hydraulics, fuel systems, ground handling etc. I am due to start a job in Thailand in the near future and I want to refresh my memory because it is a long time since I worked on the Huey. Thanks Quote
Gomer Pylot Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 The 212 is not the Huey, that's the UH1, the civilian model being the 204/205. That nitpicking aside, register on the Bell website and you can get access to pretty much all the Bell manuals. Quote

chrissmith40 Posted July 3, 2013 Author Posted July 3, 2013 That's great, thanks. I need the maintenance manuals or descriptions technical info for the airframe, hydraulics, electrical and fuel systems, rotor head, engines, drive systems and tail rotor etc. Sorry I'm asking a lot!!! Again thanks for all your help!!! Quote
Gomer Pylot Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 Again, it's all available from the Bell website. Our mechs don't even keep hard copies of the manuals any longer, they just use the online manuals. It insures that you're using the latest manuals, and you don't have to worry about posting updates. Just fire up the computer and you have the manuals available, and you can print pages if you need to. Quote
