AngelFire_91 Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Does anyone know how Aviation Search Group works? I know they are a recruiting company that forwards resumes on, but here is my problem. Usually the way I like to go about sending resumes to places is I'll send the resume (given that I cannot deliver in person), followed by a phone call to make sure they received it. Then call about a week later to see if they have questions, etc etc...I sent stuff to a job listing from them but there is no details as to who the company is or anything else they were recruiting for. I've tried to research (google) who it is and still can't find anything. So, can someone tell me once I send a resume to them what happens to it? Where does it go? Do they look at it first to make sure requirements are met and then send it on, or is it just simply forwarded on?I'm assuming the anonymity of it is why a company would use them, but how would people suggest I actively follow up? ctimrun Posted February 23, 2014 Posted February 23, 2014 Someone please correct me if I am wrong on this....... but all the rotor wing positions that I have seen posted by "Aviation Search Group" have been PHI jobs. In fact if I recall correctly, all the positions I have noticed (I don't always look at the posted openings) are PHI EMS positions. Happy hunting! Quote
