RDRickster Posted September 23, 2004 Report Posted September 23, 2004 Interesting...we estimate the total cost impact of the AD on U.S. operators to be $7,584,945, assuming that most blades currently in service reach the TIS retirement life before reaching the calendar retirement life, and that at most, 277 helicopters will need their blades replacedhttp://www.airweb.faa.gov/Regulat....909.pdf Quote
AllJeep Posted September 23, 2004 Report Posted September 23, 2004 This sucks. The hourly rates just went up to $215 at my school on Sept. 1.Now another $7,500 has to get factored into the hourly rate. I better finish my training before the 22 ends up costing as much as the 44 per hour. Quote
