Klank Posted October 15, 2004 Report Posted October 15, 2004 Time to get ready for this years party, here are the notes from last year, need your ideas PAYME (Pilot And Yearning Mechanical Experts) Well the PAYME Christmas party has come and gone for another year. Last night was a blast and I want to thank all of you who came. Taking a look around the union hall (my garage) this morning, I have a few housekeeping things I need to pass to the membership. 1. Whom ever brought the sheep, they are still in my back yard, please come and get them 2. There are still several people passed out in the union hall, if you are missing anyone come by and take a look, the TV new satellite truck should be gone soon (I hope) 3. To the guy that dropped off his wife and then left, went home and packed all his stuff and took off: Not funny, after talking with her, I understand why you left, but she can't stay here, you have 30 minutes to call the union hall hotline before I have her hauled off in a cattle trailer. 4. The police will start releasing union members this afternoon; they had to call in extra people to help with the paperwork. They also want the police car and dog back. 5. To the mechanics that thought it was funny to install the turbine in my pickup, good one, and it runs great, but I really don't need to do 150 mph to get to the end of the block 6. The Fire Department left about an hour ago, they said thanks for the food and table dances and they will just preposition a couple of trucks here for the New Years party to save time. 7. People for Ethical Treatment Animals, Green Peace, and the National Organization of Women, plan a protest rally out front this afternoon, so if your not busy come by, we still have plenty of food left to throw at them. 8. To the pilots that are on shift for New Years: please don't land on my neighbors roof when you come to eat, I know we all cheered when Bill did it last night, but my neighbors pissed because it gave his dog the runs. 9. There is a large assortment of bra's and panties pinned to the north wall of the union hall, not quite sure what to do with them so I just placed some candles in front for now as a place to reflect and meditate. 10. I want to give a special thanks to Bubba for bringing over his front end loaded and dump truck to pick up the empties, their on their third load now and hope to be done before dark. 11. To the pilots in the news helicopters that circled all night, we plan to have fuel in the backyard for New Years so you can at least get some chow. (Hopefully the sheep will be gone by then) I need to get this posted, busy morning; the insurance company will have its team here shortly. With the fires all out and the clean up and recovery going well, I think we can call this party a success. I want to thank everyone that made the first annual PAYME union Christmas party one to remember. Quote
