i was wondering if this flight school that is located in chandler az is a good choice for a flight school...any input would be useful.

Great School, great instructors. But the school had a military feel to it. VERY expensive. VERY

I did my private, instrument, and commercial there and started getting too expensive. I finished my CFI/CFII at Glacier aviation in Olympia, WA. and Mike Theiland (owner) and Mike Everette (DPE) were just awsome. The instructors were really great there too, more of a hometown feel than the military feel.

The instructors at universal helicopters did not have anything good to say about quantum but, universal does not have anything good to say about any school. Universal is based out of Scottsdale. They are very expensive also. What ever school you attend make sure you know where your money is at all times. Also keep track of all your flight and ground time. Universal overcharged me over $8,000 in f & g time. Universal woulod not give me my statement until I was there for 5 months. I kept asking and they kept putting it off. After 5 months all the $80,000 was gone.
