67november Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 my relative ran into this while looking for something else. Imagine that! Maybe someone can get use out of it. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/template...=CT010317021033 Quote
flingwing206 Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 Did you look at the actual resume? Some fun stuff - under 'accomplishments', listed three engine failures. Having one is luck, three... It's a fairly clean layout, but the content is really bad - please, folks, write about your job-related experience, not about how cool you think you are. Quote

Fling, What if you have done a lot of other things over the years as an occupation? Do helo employers care? And another question, what if you owned your own aircraft for many years and flew them for business and pleasure? Is that frowned on? Quote
flingwing206 Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 Fling, What if you have done a lot of other things over the years as an occupation? Do helo employers care?List your last two or three major occupations, highlighting the aspects of the work which reflect on the job you are applying for.And another question, what if you owned your own aircraft for many years and flew them for business and pleasure? Is that frowned on?It could make a difference, but hours are hours (insurance company happy and all). If you have the ratings, interview well, and most importantly fly well, then it won't matter at all. Quote
